Refund and Returns Policy
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Items purchased on WIIDZ.com may have defects that will go unnoticed until after you use the item. Some defects can be purely aesthetic – e.g. small bubbles, scratches – while others can affect function – e.g. leaks, wide restrictions. If you receive an item you believe to be defective, please email [email protected]. Our Support team will work with you to understand the problem and resolve it appropriately.
You have 7 days from the time of delivery (indicated on your FedEx tracking page) to report a defective item.
Most of our products are hand-blown glass, and some of their dimensions may vary from unit to unit. Please keep in mind that some minor aesthetic defects fall within our acceptable quality standards and will not be eligible for replacements or refunds.
DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?
Should you receive a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, please email [email protected] with your order number and a description of your issue. You have 24 hours from the time of delivery (indicated on your USPS tracking page) to report the issue.
You will need to send the product back unused and in brand-new condition in its original packaging with all relevant components.
You will need to label the box clearly on all sides with the RA number provided by [email protected]
You will need to ship the package back to WIIDZ at your own expense. If an item breaks on its way to WIIDZ, you will need to file a claim with the carrier service you used to return the item. WIIDZ is not liable for breakage that occurs while an item is in transit back to us.
Once we receive the return, we will refund the payment method you used to purchase the item originally. Returns that are received with signs of use, incorrect packaging, missing items, or unlabelled will not be refunded.
